TRIUMPH (2006) is a micro opera with electronics and real-time video graphics by Niels Rønsholdt and Signe Klejs. The work is based on texts by Chekhov and Sade, amongst others, and deals with life filled with longings and an aesthetic investigation of the emotional field of tension between pleasure and pain. The action is centered around a stylized whipping which is viewed from the two participants points of view, shifted in time.
